The Taurus was a bit cheaper, felt faster and had a sunroof...but it didn't look or feel nearly as sexy.

That reminds me of the color I had on mine (leased in 2011). Bordeaux or something.
Glorious color.
This looks great.

This color is called Bordeaux Reserve, no idea they had it on the previous gen Fusion as well.

Let me see if I can find a post I had with my Fusion.
I loved the color...it changed depending upon the light. Almost black at night, brilliant in direct sun like your shot above. Mmmm

Purple as a car color has really been growing on me lately

Can't find a pic from a post and my phone is too new so GIS will have to suffice.
Pretty much this exact one. There was a pic I took after a solid wash and wax job that I was very proud of where the clouds and front yard were reflected in the side panels. Best wash I've done.

It is a gorgeous design and that color suits it much better than the typical silver. Under the right light, it comes off as a claret. But, its all wine shades.

Burgundy FTW!
